This one keeps running through my mind.  If you are a catering company / person... and looking to build some daily business, then I think I have one for you.

There are at least a dozen pre-schools / day cares in my area that do NOT offer a warm breakfast or hot lunch to the kids.  The rely upon the parents to bring stuff in.

While this helps cut costs... it also limits the child care facility.

Why couldn't you setup a "central kitchen" like school districts have and serve food to the day cares in your area?

I'm sure there are 1,000,000 reasons that make it hard to do this... but get past those and take advantage of the 1,000 kids that have parents that want a hot meal during the day.

This one is for those experienced in food service... or those brave enough to figure out the requirements.

Just a thought... which is what Marlin Creek is all about.
